Once again we are making use of the Internet to expedite the space and table registration process.
Please note:
1) Vendors must live in Park West Village.
2) No professional marketeers selling their wares allowed.
3) Keep in mind: this is a flea market, not a crafts fair. You may sell crafts, but in general people come expecting to get a "good deal" on used and old items, not to buy a new beautiful object.
4) No sale of any food products.
5)The flea market starts at 11 AM and not before. Early buyers are not allowed.
HOW TO REGISTER AS A VENDOR
1. Look at the maps outlining the available space locations (see links on upper left of this page). Please note, space locations and sizes are the same as last year.
2. Check the list above each map to confirm availability. MAKE SURE that the space you are requesting is AVAILABLE. Only spots that are AVAILABLE can be requested.
3. Use the Registration Page to request your space (prices range from $25 - $50, see map pages for details). A limited number of tables are also available. Requests for spaces and tables will be honored in the order in which they are received.
4. You will get a confirmation email within 48 hours for the reservation which will also include payment information.
5. Once you receive the confirmation email, you MUST PAY in order to keep your reservation.
IMPORTANT: You will have a 48 hour time-period after receiving the confirmation email to drop off your check with the Vaux Concierge (372 CPW). Do not pay any money until you get the confirmation email.
